Disability Access Service (DAS) which is designed to support Guests who have difficulty waiting in queues for long periods of time.
DAS gives you the ability to request return times for attractions, rather than waiting in line.
Laura, when you are 2-30 days within your arrival date, you can
request a live chat and begin the DAS registration process online, through
DAS Advance. However, if you are within two days of your arrival date, you can’t leverage DAS Advance and will need to wait until you arrive to request DAS. No worries, just head over to City Hall at Disneyland Park or Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park and a helpful Cast Member from Guest Services will assist you.
