I am a disabled individual who cannot keep up with the group. I plan to return to the hotel on my own and also to leave hotel to find the group. What is the best place/places to stay to make this as easyas possible

    Hi Patricia!

The hotels with the best transportation system are the Magic Kingdom monorail resorts:  The Grand Floridian, the Contemporary, and the Polynesian.  They have monorail access to the Magic Kingdom and, by changing monorails at the Transportation and Ticket Center, they have monorail access to Epcot.  They have bus accesses to the other theme parks, Downtown Disney, and the water parks.  Between those three, I prefer the Contemporary and the Polynesian over the Grand Floridian.

To be honest, I'm not sure any of the other hotels stand out with regards to easy transportation for a disabled guest.  However, I will say that Animal Kingdom Lodge is relatively far away from the other hotels and theme parks (except for Animal Kingdom).  I don't think that makes it any harder for the guest, but it does mean it will take more time to go back and forth to the room, etc.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
