Disability Services, I had DAS setup last time I went and trying to do it before I go

Hi, Elizabeth! Welcome to planDisney, we are so excited to hear you plan on returning to Disneyland Resort very soon! I am so happy you loved it the first time around, it truly is the Happiest Place on Earth!

Disney Parks has updated its Disability Access Service (DAS) program within the last few years. Since you are very close to your arrival date, you can now pre-register to speak to a Cast Member 30 days (but no less than 2 days) ahead of your arrival date, using the DAS Advance System. You will be able to discuss your disability, and pre-select up to 2 experiences per day of your visit (please note all experiences are subject to availability), as well as request return times throughout the day of your park visit. Other important factors to note regarding DAS is to make sure that everyone in your travel party has park tickets (as well as theme park pass reservations), there is a maximum of two DAS advance selections per day of your visit, the selections cannot be transferred, and are only valid for the date chosen to use. When you are ready to speak to a Cast Member, you can log in to your Disney account on the Disneyland website, and click on "request live chat" during the hours of 9:00-8:00 Pacific Standard Time. If you need additional assistance, feel free to email DAS at disability.services@disneyland.com, or call (407) 560-2547.

I hope all of this information helps you today, Elizabeth! Enjoy your visit to Disneyland, and say hi to my pal, Mickey for me!
