Can I still use the disability services if I bought my Disney World tickets from a different website?

Hiya, Laura! Welcome to planDisney, where we love helping our fellow Guests plan their magical Disney vacations. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

I'm happy to report that the Walt Disney World Resort offers the Disability Access Service (DAS) to all Guests who need it, regardless of where they purchased their Theme Park tickets. All you need to do is make sure that you're able to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account and make your Park Pass reservations! Once you've followed those steps, you'll be good to go and you won't need to worry about anything else.

Laura, now that we've clarified that, you need to keep in mind that you'll need to request the Service in person at any Guest Relations location throughout the Resort as soon as you're in Orlando. You will have to speak to a friendly Cast Member about your particular ailments, and they'll determine whether or not the service might benefit you. However, if the DAS isn't for you, the Cast Member will let you know what your options are. What I can promise you is that you'll be well taken care of!

I hope this helps, Laura. If you have any other questions about the DAS or anything else regarding your upcoming vacation, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help!

    Warm hugs,
