Can you use a disability pass along with a Genie+ ?

You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney, Beverly!

I’m glad you stopped by with your question. One thing that I adore about Walt Disney World Resort is the commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. The Disability Access Service (DAS) has been beneficial to people who cannot wait in a traditional queue, including members of my own family. I’m grateful to services like this one that help my family have a magical experience!

Beverly, I’m happy to tell you that you are absolutely able to use the Disability Access Service, along with your Disney Genie+ service purchases! I hope utilizing both helps make your experience feel seamless and magical!

And now, once you have registered for DAS, rather than going to the attraction to sign up for a return time, you can do it simply through your My Disney Experience Mobile app! It feels so much more convenient this way! To do this, after you have registered and entered the theme park, you will want to open up your My Disney Experience Mobile app, tap on the three horizontal lines located in the bottom right corner, and then tap on the Disability Access Service icon to enter the self-selection flow.

I hope you have an enchanting visit, Beverly!
