Hi Jasmine! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! Someone is planning a visit to
The World's Most Magical Celebration at
Walt Disney World Resort. Have fun looking for the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make the perfect selfie background for photos to share with family and on social media. You can find everyone's warm hugs loving snowman, Olaf, at
EPCOT.
Walt Disney World Resort is committed to ensuring an inclusive vacation experience for all no matter their disability. One of those accommodations includes the
Disability Access Service (DAS) reserved for those individuals who may have issues waiting in traditional queue lines for an extended period of time due to their disability. There are two ways to get approval. Let's cover those options.
I will recommend that you save valuable theme park time by pre-registering through the
live video chat option. Since you did not put an arrival date, please note, that pre-registration can be done between 30 and two days before your first
Theme Park Reservation. Chat hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST. I suggest trying to connect early or late as wait times have been long. Once approved, your friendly Cast Member will assist you in setting up two one-hour return windows for attractions per day of your visit. Your other option is to wait until you enter the theme park and visit
Guest Relations.
No matter which option you choose, it is important for everyone in your travel party to be linked up in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Let's verify by opening your app and clicking on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Scroll down to "My Profile" and tap on the "Family & List." If you are missing anyone, choose "Add a Guest" and select one of the three options to link. Now, you are all set up to make reservations together as a group, whether using DAS,
Disney Genie+ Service, or making an
Advance Dining Reservation.
Wherever you choose to spend your park day, stay until the sun goes down and Disney icons come to shimmering EARidescent life during
Beacons of Magic. My favorite is Spaceship Earth at EPCOT.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
