Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Amy. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to see you'll be heading to the Walt Disney World Resort in just two, short days! You'll be experiencing pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks before you know it.
I think you're asking about the
Disability Access Service. This program provides Guests who experience difficulty tolerating wait times in a traditional queue environment due to a disability with an accessible alternative. The program has recently been updated to include the option for pre-registration. Guests may pre-register for the Disability Access Service as early as 30-days in advance. Pre-registration must be completed at least 2-days before your arrival, so the good news is, you still have time for this convenient option! To pre-register for the program virtually with a Cast Member via live video chat, visit the
Registering for Disability Access Service page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Scroll down the page to review and accept the terms and conditions and then click on the button that says, "Request Live Video Chat."
If you'd prefer to register for Disability Access Service in person, just stop by Guest Relations at the first theme park you plan to visit. Once you're registered, you'll be registered for your length of stay and you won't need to visit Guest Relations again!
For additional information and assistance about Disability Access Service, call
Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to chat with you!
I hope this was helpful, Amy. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Ashley
