Hi, Jessica! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for stopping by!
I recently visited the Walt Disney World Resort with a sweet friend that needed a little extra pixie-dust of help via the Disability Access Service Card. During our visit, we were able to use both FastPass+ and DAS alternately. Because of the way the
DAS pass works, we were able to schedule our FastPass+ in a way that worked best for us and we had a magical day and saw everything we wanted, even though we were touring at a slower pace because of my friend’s mobility issues. The Cast Members were so helpful and accommodating. It was a truly magical time!
To set up your DAS, simply visit Guest Relations at all four theme park main entrance locations, where a Cast Member will set this service up, link it to your account and MagicBand and take the guest’s picture. You only have to set this up in the beginning of your visit and the pass will last up to 14 consecutive days.
When planning your day and FastPass+, my advice would be to schedule the FastPass+ throughout the day allowing spaced out blocks of time so when you are waiting for your DAS return time you can explore and enjoy some other attractions. Be sure to book additional FP+ after you redeem your third pre-booked FP+ to enjoy even more fun at the parks! To do this, simply log into your
My Disney Experience app right on your smart device after you redeem your third initial FP+ and browse for available attractions.
I hope you have a magical visit! Please do come back and see us again soon with any additional questions. We’d love to help you plan your upcoming visit to the place where magic is endless!
