Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nancy! The
DAS, or Disability Assistance Card is a very helpful tool for families or guests that need it. My friend has used the card several times for her family.
I have been told by Cast Members that the Disability Access Service card is only available at the Guest Relations desks at the 4 main theme parks. You can visit
Guest Relations within the park, but there are also fully staffed Guest Relations desks near the ticket windows that can assist you. Each time I’ve visited these windows, it’s been a quick 10-15 minutes and I’m all finished. I visited last year to enable my
Annual Pass on my arrival day, but didn’t enter the parks until the next morning. It made for a smooth park entrance at that time! If you have more questions about the DAS Pass, you can call (407) 560-2547 to speak with a Cast Member in that department.
Please visit the panel again with all your vacation questions, and we’ll see ya real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
