Howdy Lillie!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with this great question!
Mickey and his pals have made visiting “
The Happiest Place on Earth” filled with “Memories to Last a Lifetime” for most all guests! Since you have difficultly standing in line for extended periods, I recommend stopping and speaking with a Cast Member in Guest Relations at the theme park entrance. The Cast Member will help find the best way for you to enjoy the theme parks with your limitations. If you have difficulty tolerating extended waits in a conventional queue environment due to a disability, then the
Disability Access Service may work “Practically Perfect” for your visit in February! I recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for further information on the
Disney Genie Pass! The Disney Genie Pass will be connected to your
Disneyland mobile app. The unique feature will allow you to speak with a Cast Member via conference video to see if you qualify for the Disability Access Service. If this feature proves to be the best option for you, then the Cast Member will be able to set you up for this service before your arrival!
With the Disability Access Service, you can schedule all of your attraction return times from your Disneyland mobile app! This is a fantastic feature! After you finish an attraction, you will open up your Disneyland mobile app and book a return time for your next attraction!
As you plan your unforgettable visit to Neverland, continue to check the Disney Parks Blog for up-to-date information about everything to see and do during your stay! If you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney, Lillie! We look forward to hEARing from you again!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
