Welcome to
planDisney, Jenni, we’re so glad you stopped by!
How very lucky you are to be visiting
Walt Disney World Resort during one of my favorite months, February, when the crowds are manageable, and the weather is just right! Not to mention the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts and many other activities!
If you have been granted Walt Disney World Resort's -
Disability Access Service accommodation (DAS), and you wish to join a
Virtual Queue, you may do so via the
My Disney Experience App by requesting to join at 7:00 AM ET (you do not need to be in a theme park at this time to join), or at 1:00 PM ET (you need to be in a theme park to join) with valid theme park admission and a
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation. When your Boarding Group number is called, please proceed to the Lightning Lane entrance of the attraction, this saves you time as you arrive within your Boarding Group number call time. According to the Disability Access Service link above, "
A Guest can hold one active DAS return time and join one virtual queue at the same time. Once their boarding group is called, the Guest utilizing DAS, along with their party, will be able to access that attraction through a shorter line as they did previously with virtual queue attractions."Walt Disney World Resort’s
Disney Genie+ Service can also be used if you like, with the Disability Access Service (DAS), and utilizing both services can help streamline your theme park visit.
Tips:For assistance using the DAS accommodation during your visit, please visit any Guest Relations Lobby inside any Walt Disney World Resort theme park, and/or any
Guest Experience Team Kiosk, under a dark blue umbrella, which can be spotted nearby attractions.
I invite you to peruse through
Walt Disney World Resort’s – Services for Guests with Disabilities to see the many accommodations that are available that may aid with your visit, Jenni.
Best Disney Wishes!
Jacqueline
