What direction does Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away use for the parade. Up Main St or down Main St? I want to select the best location to view it this time.

Start practicing your wave, Danielle, because some of your favorite Disney characters will be making their way along the Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade route! My favorite is the Peter Pan float. I can relate to being the boy who never wanted to grow up!

You’ve asked a great question! Some changes have been made since the Disney Starlight parade debuted. Some nights, the parade occurs once. On other nights, the parade occurs twice. On nights the parade occurs once, the route begins at the front of the park in Town Square, moves up Main Street, U.S.A. (toward Cinderella Castle), around the hub, and proceeds through Liberty Square and concludes in Frontierland. On nights when the parade occurs twice, the first parade follows the same route. The second parade moves in the opposite direction, starting in Frontierland and concluding in Town Square near the front of the park.

I’ve always watched the parade from just underneath the train station platform at the front of the park. This provides a great vantage point and has never felt overly crowded to me.

Danielle, keep in mind that operational changes can occur, so you might want to check with a Cast Member on the day that you visit Magic Kingdom. The Cast Member can confirm the direction of the parade.

    Dreams do come true!
