    Is there direct transportation from HS to Downtown Disney? If not, what is the easiest way to get there?

    Hi Amy,

    There is not direct transportation to Downtown Disney from Disney's Hollywood Studios however you have a couple of options to get there. I've often walked to Disney's Boardwalk Resort to catch a Downtown Disney bus. I personally find this route the easiest. Some guests find it's faster to take a bus to Saratoga Springs Resort, then walk or travel by boat to Downtown Disney. Because construction is occurring on the Downtown Disney expansion (Disney Springs!) I have heard the walkways are impacted between Saratoga Springs and Downtown Disney. I'd suggest heading to Boardwalk ... it's a lovely 15-minute or so stroll along the water. There is also a boat dock right outside Hollywood Studios. If the boat is there and ready to load guests, you could also hop on in lieu of walking to Boardwalk. Your choice likely depends upon how many little legs you have in your travel party! The walk to Boardwalk is ultimately faster, but if you're not in a hurry, the boat is very relaxing.
