Welcome to planDisney! Whenever I visit Walt Disney World Resort, I pack an extra bag or suitcase. I have a weakness for Orange Bird and Princess and the Frog merchandise, so I like to ensure I don’t have to leave anything behind.
One of my favorite parts of shopping was the
merchandise delivery service to my Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel. Unfortunately, this service and the merchandise pick-up service were discontinued in 2020 and haven’t yet returned. We haven’t heard any rumblings that it will return in 2024, but I wouldn’t lose hope, Nissa. There are no guarantees, but not too long ago, I told Guests that I didn’t know if the dining plans would be returning, and now it is returning in less than two weeks.
Before I let you go, Nissa, I recommend
renting a locker if you want to save yourself from carrying around your souvenirs at the Theme Parks. If I plan on purchasing a lot, I grab a locker earlier in the day and drop off my purchases throughout the day. Then, when I’m ready to head out for the day, I swing by my locker and grab everything before heading back to my resort hotel. It isn’t the same as the merchandise delivery service, but it enables you to enjoy your day without carrying bags all day. Please come back and see
