    Do they still do direct to room checkin at the resorts?

    Hello Rebecca and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    When we arrived at the Orlando International Airport this summer I received a text message with an update that our room was ready and it included our room number. It was like "magic" to head directly to our room and bypass the registration desk! If worked flawlessly. You will need to complete the online check-in for this option to be available.  Also know that the system doesn't work perfectly every time. In fact, my oldest daughter was traveling with us and she never did receive a text message and had to stop by and register.
