Welcome to planDisney! If there is one topic I can talk about for hours, it is shopping for Walt Disney World Resort merchandise. Every time I say that I won’t buy anything during my trip, I step into the
Emporium for an AC break and spot something that I need to get. I mean, who doesn’t love a magical reminder of Disney that they can take home with them?
Thank you for your question, Anthony. It gave me an excuse to do a little more “window shopping.” Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), you are not able to purchase merchandise found in the theme parks over the phone. Select merchandise from the parks is available on the
Disney Store online, so you may be able to find what you are looking for there. Now, if your question is related to an item you have already purchased at Walt Disney World Resort and need assistance with, you can reach out to
Merchandise Guest Services via email for help with those purchases, but you would not be able to order anything through that email.
