Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
If you click over to the resort page, you'll see the address and phone number listed just below the map on the right hand side. Dial that number to get connected to a Cast Member who will be able to answer any inquiries you have about the resort and its amenities. Some of my favorite features of this resort include the zero-entry
Lava Pool, riding
the monorail to Magic Kingdom Park, and watching the fireworks from the beach each evening.
There are a couple of options available for you to submit your room request as well. You can submit room preferences by using the
My Disney Experience app for mobile check-in and
Direct-to-Room Service. The app will ask if you'd like to prioritize your request or have your room available sooner. You may also choose to reach out via phone or email to make your request. You can visit the
Help Center to find the appropriate phone number to call or to fill out the form to submit your request in writing.
