When does 2019 dinning reservations open up? If they do open up in July could make a reservation for August 2019? Maryann

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Maryann! It sounds as if you’re as eager as I am to book my vacation for next year! I can give you the inside scoop on Advanced Dining Reservations as well as letting you know about the booking calendar for 2019!

You’ll notice that very soon, Magic Your Way Package and room prices will open up for 2019. You’ll be able to book using the online booking system, but did you know that you can secure a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel room with a small deposit up to 499 days in advance? You can do this by calling (407) 939-1936 and speaking with a Cast Member. As for your dining reservations, these will always open up online 180 days in advance. You’ll be able to book one day at a time if you are staying off property, or through the length of your stay when you have a confirmed and linked reservation number inside your MyDisneyExperience.com account. If you’d like to book a breakfast or dinner for August 2019, that dining calendar should open in February of 2019, depending on which date in August you are aiming for.

In summary, you can book a hotel reservation up to 499 days in advance by phone, several months in advance using the online booking system, dining reservations up to 180 days in advance, and FastPass+ reservations up to 60 days prior to your check in date. If I can be of further help to plan your vacation, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
