Hey there, Karla. Welcome to
planDisney. Thanks for dropping by with your question.
It sounds like you have a really fun day planned during your trip to
Walt Disney World. I always try to plan a pool day to relax as well. The pool at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is so much fun, it's one of my favorites on property.
'Ohana is another one of my favorites at Walt Disney World! I enjoy eating there for both breakfast and dinner. 'Ohana is one of the sit-down restaurants at the resort. It's a casual environment, but not quite as casual as the quick service dining option downstairs. There really isn't any dress code in place for the restaurant other than shirt and shoes required. With that being said, I think because of the price point of the restaurant people tend to wear their theme park gear or nicer to the restaurant. If it were me, I think I would head back up to my room right before my reservation time and change out of my swim gear but you certainly don't have to. Ultimately, as long as you're covered up and feel comfortable you'll be able to dine there without any dress code infringements.
The menu at 'Ohana is so delicious. Try to pace yourself through the first part of your meal because you'll want to save room for dessert. The 'Ohana bread pudding is a fan favorite. In fact, I was just at Walt Disney World a few days ago and got to enjoy some at the Tambu Lounge bar which is located right outside of 'Ohana. It was just as good as I remembered!
I hope this helps you decide what to wear for your dinner reservation, Karla. If you have any other questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Enjoy!
