Hi there. Our dinning reservation date is Aug 20. We will be travelling during Presidents Week, which I hear is very busy. Can we begin our dinning reservations at 12 am on Aug 20, or does the system only open at 7 am? Thanks!

Greetings, Grace! Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel for assistance with your upcoming trip! It’s hard to choose a time to visit that isn’t busy at Walt Disney World Resort, but Cast Members are absolute professionals with high levels of guests visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth.

If you’re looking to snag Table Service reservations, ready your list of times, places and party numbers well before your 180 days before check-in mark. Then, on your reservations morning, make your cup of coffee and fire up your computer. The online reservations system opens up at 6 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, and Cast Members open the phone lines at 7 a.m. to take reservations. I always get online at 6am (refreshing the website even a few minutes before) to get tables at my favorite eateries like Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre, Be Our Guest and 1900 Park Fare. If you don’t get a table on the first try, keep checking back up until 24 hours before your preferred dining time. I’ve found I’ve been able to get tables at places like Liberty Tree Tavern and Tony’s, which are now on my favorites list, too.

I hope you have a very tasty visit to Walt Disney World Resort, so please return if you need more assistance. We’re hEAR to answer all your questions! ~ Lindsey P.
