Have Dinning plan for 3 of us men and my wife. (QS,Snack & TS/day) reservations @ Marrakesh, LeCellier (2TS), Coral Reef, Les Chefs, Teppan Eddo, Rainforest, 50's diner...about one TS each day. Should we upgrade or pay cash for difference for food need

    Hi Phil,

If I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like you have one table service meal booked per day and are only over by the one credit based on your meal at Le Cellier. If you upgrade to the Deluxe Dining Plan, you will need to book a lot more meals and I'm not sure if you want to spend that much time sitting down to eat. My family always purchases the Basic (Plus) plan like you have and we always find that to be more than enough food. I would personally either cancel one meal and use 2 credits at Le Cellier (my favorite restaurant in all of Disney World) or pay cash for your cheapest meal. Based on the restaurants that you listed (and assuming your reservations are all for dinner as opposed to lunch), I'd say either Rainforest Cafe or 50's Prime Time Cafe will be your least expensive meals.

You'd be paying a lot more money to upgrade plans. I don't think you'll need to pay that much out of pocket to make up the difference for any food you want in addition to the plan you have now.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
