Dinning plan ? if I have 8 table service credits and I am having dinner at a table service location then a friends joins me but does not have the dinning plan can I use one of my table service credits to pay for her meal leaving me with only 6 credits ?

    Hi Roy,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

As you may already know, the way that the Disney Dining Plan works is that all of your room party’s dining entitlements are put into a dining “account” when you check in to your Disney Resort Hotel. You can then use them as you see fit, throughout your stay.

From what I understand, if you choose to use some of your entitlements to pay for a friend’s meal and they aren’t either staying in your room or haven’t purchased their own Disney Dining Plan, that’s perfectly fine. Just ask your server to use one of your table service entitlements to pay for your friend's meal. That being said, please be aware that you might not have enough entitlements near the end of your vacation, which means that you might have to pay “out of pocket” for some of your meals.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,
