Hello, Rosalyn! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disney Dining Plan meal and snack credits may be redeemed until midnight on your package reservation check-out date. You are absolutely correct! I love using the Disney Dining Plan while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. I deeply love not having to worry about the amount of money I am spending with each meal purchase, and having to decide what to eat with my wallet instead of my stomach!
