When dinning at The Crystal Palace and Ohana, about how much do breakfast cost? We have a dining plan but want to eat more than the 5 meals we have so we will pay oop for 2 meals and was curious about how much these two will be each?

    Hello, Anna,

When we have been on the Disney Dining Plan, it was typically breakfast that we opted to pay out of pocket so that we could save our dining credits for dinner, which is often more expensive.  We always felt that helped to us to make the most of our Disney Dining Plan and in the end we did save money through careful planning similar to what you are doing.

Breakfast at The Crystal Palace (prices subject to change) for an adult is around $25 - $30 per person; the price varies based on the dates of travel.  A child age 3-9 is $14 - $18.  Breakfast at 'Ohana (prices subject to change) for an adult is $22 - $27 per person; a child age 3-9 is $13 - $15.

Can I let you in on a little family secret?  We like to make our breakfast reservations at the Magic Kingdom as early as possible on a morning when there are NOT Extra Magic Hours at the park.  By doing this, we get into the Magic Kingdom an hour before it opens, which allows for some amazing pictures with very few people around us.  I have some cherished shots where my children look as if they are the only ones on Main Street USA!

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any further questions, please let us know.  -Kara
