Hi Jennifer,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!
To give you an idea of how much I love
‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, when my husband and I got married at Walt Disney World Resort in 2009, that was where we had our rehearsal dinner! It’s an absolutely delicious feast, one that is always on my “must-do” list, especially when I’m with people who are experiencing their First Visit. The food is great and the atmosphere is lots of fun, especially when the kiddos start gearing up for their coconut races.
One small tip: although you’ll be tempted to fill up on the meats, chicken wings, dumplings, veggies and noodles, SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT!! I’m not a big sugar lover, but that bananas foster bread pudding is the stuff dreams are made of!
As for seeing
Wishes nighttime spectacular, based on
Magic Kingdom Park’s hours for November 22, 2016, it seems as though it will be presented at 10:00 PM. While the timing of your reservation is good if you want to see the show from ‘Ohana, please note that not all tables have an excellent view of Magic Kingdom Park. You may have to get up from your table in order to have a better view. If you really want to be able to see the show, make sure to request a window table when you check in for your dining reservation.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
