Greetings, Carolyn, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
How wonderful it is that you'll be visiting and dining at Walt Disney World Resort, I'm impressed with your planning savvy in making
Advanced Dining Reservations. I fully empathize and understand how fatigued a Guest can be after an exciting day visiting all the Disney Theme and Water Parks and appreciate your concern regarding your dining reservation. I have had the personal experience of having to leave a Disney restaurant during the course of my dinner and the Cast Members were understanding and accommodating in assisting with the packaging of the remainder of our dinner to suit a takeaway fashion. Upon your arrival at your selected Disney Dining venue, I encourage you to speak to the Cast Member at the podium to discuss your situation at the time in order to determine the next steps that suit you and your dining party best.
If you know in advance that you are unable to dine at your reserved venue, may I direct you to either calling
Disney Dining at (407) 939-1947 to cancel or use your
My Disney Experience online account or
Mobile App to cancel your reservation to release that time for another hopeful Guest (fees may apply).
In the event, someone in your travel party is unwell and may need medical assistance Disney offers
First Aid services at the Theme and Water Parks, Resort hotels and information for private Offsite Urgent Care.
We hope this information is helpful, Carolyn and wish you a delicious dining experience!
Jacqueline
