We have dinner reservations for 2 restaurants on 2 different days in Epcot. I'm not sure we will want to spend 2 days at Epcot. Can we get into the restaurant for dinner but not have it count as our park for the day?

Hi, Stacey!   I can understand why you booked 2 restaurants in Epcot . . . there are so many great choices!

Dining at a restaurant in Epcot (or any of the 4 theme parks) requires a valid park admission.  If you are planning to be in another park that day and have the park hopper option on your ticket, you will be fine.  You are welcome to switch parks mid-day if you have the Park Hopper.  If you have a Base Ticket (no park hopping) and want to dine in Epcot, you must use your ticket for that day for only Epcot.

Some options are to have the Park Hopper option on your tickets, go to Epcot for 2 days (if you really want to see all of Epcot, it can take 2 full days!) or cancel one of your reservations.

One last thought . . . could you book one restaurant for an early lunch and book the second restaurant for a late dinner so you can enjoy both in one day?    Hope this all works out for you!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
