I have dinner reservations made for a party of 15. I was just told that some of my party may not be coming anymore. They aren’t 100% If they don’t come then we are a party of 10. Would I be charged a fee if they don’t show?

Hi Heather! Thank you for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World!

While it is recommended that you book a reservation specific to the number of Guests in your party, plans can change and more often than not, the Cast Members at Walt Disney World are absolutely accommodating. Luckily you still have several months prior to your vacation so you have plenty of time to still adjust your dining reservation

You’ll want to refer to the cancellation and/or adjustment policy provided at the time of your booking and in your email confirmation as restaurants offering advance reservations may charge a per-person cancellation fee for reservations canceled after the designated cancellation period, or for no shows.

However, I do want to point out that each restaurant throughout Walt Disney World does maintain its own cancellation policy, so you may want to confirm the policy before finalizing your reservation, by reaching out to Guest Services directly.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day!
