    Are there dinner reservations for Illuminations or is it just hit and miss at the restaurants? I know there are cruises to take, but the ones I found are a little pricey.

    Hey, Joanna! The best reserved seat for Illuminations and best margarita in Epcot can all be found under one roof - La Hacienda. The new restaurant in Mexico dims the lights and pipes in the music for Illuminations. There are huge windows looking out into the lagoon. In the event your table doesn't give you a clear shot, people are cool if you saunter over toward the bigger windows.

    I'd recommend making your dining reservation for 7:30 p.m. When you get seated, go nuts on the chips and salsas and order the mango blueberry basil margarita. Repeat early and often.
