    We have dinner reservations at Crystal Palace for 3:30, will we still be able to see the 3 PM parade and if so do you have any advice for where we should watch it? Should we watch it from CP or from somewhere closer to the start of the parade?

    Since the crowds will be heavy on Main Street I would suggest you find a good spot at the circle in front of the castle and watch the parade from that point.  Make sure you are on the Crystal Palace side as when the parade is over you will need to head immediately to the podium at the restaurant.  You don't want to get caught up with crowds and you might even consider sending one of you to check in if the parade still hasn't finished.  The Crystal Palace is just steps away from the parade route though so this should work ok with your timing!
