We have dinner reservations at California Grill at 9:25pm in February. However fireworks start at 8pm. Do you think they will let us up early so that we can watch fireworks before we sit for dinner?

Hi Stephanie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for stopping by with your question.

I hope you are looking forward to a fabulous dining experience on the top of Disney’s Contemporary Resort at California Grill Restaurant. This restaurant has become a personal favorite. Each time I dine there, I try something different. And each meal is better than the last. And those views… stunning! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Stephanie, you are absolutely welcome to arrive early so you can enjoy the unbeatable view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the deck outside the restaurant. Simply check in at the podium and let the Cast Members know you have a later reservation. They will gladly welcome you to enjoy the nighttime spectacular, followed by your delicious dinner. It sounds like the most perfect evening!

I hope you have a truly unforgettable time during your visit. Be sure to stop by and see us again if you have any additional planning questions,

    Wishing you a magical day!
