    I have a dinner reservation for 8:20pm at Epcot. The park close at 9pm. Can I stay in the park until our bus come to take us back at the hotel at 10:30pm? Is there a safe waiting area?

    Hello, Fiona!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We are delighted to further help you in your Walt Disney World planning process!

    I would say that if your Epcot Disney Dining reservation begins at 8:20 pm, then you will walking out of the restaurant between 9:30 pm to 9:45 pm.  If you are staying at a Disney Resort, then Disney Resort Transportation can easily take you back to your Disney Resort when you are finished.  

    However, it sounds like you are not staying at a Disney Resort, and you have a designated pick-up time at 10:30 pm.  If this is the case, my recommendation would be to take a leisurely stroll from your restaurant and enjoy the sights and sounds of Epcot at night with few people in the park.  If you do this, you will be exiting Epcot around 10:10 pm.  From there, I would walk to your designated bus stop and wait for your bus.

    I can tell you that the bus pick-up area is VERY well lit.  From my experience, my family has felt completely safe when leaving Epcot, or any Disney Theme Park late at night.
