If I have a dinner reservation in Magic Kingdom but don't plan on visiting that park until later that week will I still be able to access the park?

    Hi Jonathan,

Unfortunately, in order to dine at a restaurant inside the Magic Kingdom you must have a ticket to enter the park.  If you have a park hopper pass that allows you to go to multiple parks in one day, you'll be fine.  Otherwise, you may want to change your dining plans.  There are several great restaurants located in resorts near the Magic Kingdom: Chef Mickeys, 'Ohana, Citricos, Narcoosees, and California Grill are all great options ranging from fun character dining to elegant fine dining.  At many of these restaurants you can actually view the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom from your table.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
