Hi, Samantha!
Even if just dining in Epcot, you will need a
valid park admission ticket. If you are going to be in another theme park that day, you can add on the Park Hopper option which allows you to visit more than one park per day.
If you are planning on a dinner at Epcot, make a magical evening out of it! Most nights, you can end your day of Epcot fun with
Illuminations: Reflections of Earth. This wonderful show with fireworks, lasers, and projections is the perfect way to close out your day of fun in Walt Disney World. This show can be viewed all around the World Showcase Lagoon.
If you do not plan to visit any parks that day and do not want to use a day of park tickets, consider dining at one of the amazing restaurants in the Disney Resort hotels. You are welcome to visit any of these with no theme park ticket required. Some of my favorites are
Boma - Flavors of Africa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. If you have little ones, you can never go wrong with
Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
I hope you find the perfect dining location. Make sure to book your
dining reservations to have a table waiting for you and your family. Enjoy!
Cathy
