Dinner meal reservations in order: CM, BOG, 1900, CRT, Ohana. My children are ages 12 (girl), 11 (girl), 8 (boy). Is this character meal overkill? or just right? I booked trip only 130 days out and think I lucked out. Did I go over board? Thx!

    Hi, Lori!

I'm impressed with your fabulous selection of Character Advanced Dining Reservations! I think that you've really scored, especially at 130 days out!

When my family travels to Walt Disney World, our rule of thumb is one Character meal per day, maximum. The choices that you've made are fantastic because none of those restaurants will have the same selection of Characters. One must see Mickey Mouse when at Disney, so your Chef Mickey's is fabulous as your first one. You've just got to dine at Be Our Guest Restaurant because stepping foot into Beast's Castle is one like no other you've ever experienced! At 'Ohana, breakfast is the only meal where Characters will appear, and if your kiddos are Lilo and Stitch fans, this is sure to be a hit!

Cinderella's Royal Table [CRT] and 1900 Park Fare are two of my very favorites! For all meals at CRT, you will be greeted by Cinderella herself before you're escorted upstairs to the royal banquet hall. While dining, you'll be visited at your table by classic Disney Princesses that are always subject to change as they are at any of the Character meals. During the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, Characters you may see include Alice in Wonderland, The Mad Hatter, Mary Poppins, Winnie the Pooh and Tigger too! At Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner, you'll typically see Cinderella, Prince Charming, the Evil Stepmother and the Evil Stepsisters, Anastasia and Drizella.

If your kiddos are into playing along with the Characters and their fun antics like my 15 and 11-year olds, I think you've got the perfect itinerary lined up!
