We have dinner booked at Tony's at 8PM, park closes at 9PM I was wondering if it would be a good idea to hop on the train after dinner to see fireworks? Since we'll be near the exit after dinner I don't want to make our way back up the street.

Ciao Lenora! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

We dined at Tony's Town Square Restaurant during a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation during the Festival of Fantasy Parade.

While I think there is something Endlessly Magical about the experience of watching the Happily Every After Fireworks Show in front of Cinderella Castle, I also feel that it is a default and overrated location.

While the Walt Disney World Railroad stops during the Happily Ever After Fireworks Show, the second floor of the Walt Disney World Railroad - Main Street, U.S.A. Station is my favorite location to watch any parades and fireworks. The elevation allows you to see the show with little interference and it provides a quick exit for after the fireworks.

It is an increasingly popular location however, and an area has begun to be roped off for the Disney Festival of Fantasy Dining Package in the afternoon, so I recommend that you get to the location early enough to be close to the railing for an unobstructed view.

If you ask a Cast Member at Tony's Town Square Restaurant if Lady and the Tramp are out back, you may be able to get an autograph (or paw-tograph).

    Enjoy the Show!
