Hi Alycia,
Welcome to planDisney!
Hooray for dining reservations! I am so happy to see you trying to make those right when your reservation window opens. When this has happened to me in the past, I had to log out of My Disney Experience and log back into the system. Most of the time, that has corrected my problem. I would also suggest that you check to make sure your
resort hotel or
vacation package is linked in your
My Disney Experience account. I have also noticed that sometimes I have difficulty with the
My Disney Experience Mobile App so I switch to the web- based search tool and vice versa. If I have problems with the web-based search, I switch to the mobile app.
If you try these strategies and still cannot make reservations, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member by phone. They should be able to help you problem-solve this issue. I hope you take some time to review other dining opportunities. The
Magic Kingdom 50th Fireworks Dessert Parties would definitely add some sparkle to your visit. My family also enjoys adding on other experiences from the
Enchanting Extras Collection.
Alycia, as you plan those dining experiences, be sure to take look at the menus. Just click on the home page of each restaurant and View Menu. From there, you should be able to see pricing in addition to food options. We use the pricing to estimate our food costs for the entire trip. And, once you arrive, be sure to use
Mobile Dine Check-in through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Sending you lots of planning pixie dust trusting that you will get those dining reservations made!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
