    When dining at a table service on DP, are kids allowed to get an appetizer and dessert from the adult menu if there are none listed on the kids menu? I was looking at Teppan Edo menu, for example, and was wondering how to order (within DP limits!) Thanks!

    Hi Kelly - kids on the Disney dining plan are required to order from the children's menu wherever one is available.  The good news is that most Disney restaurants do have a good amount of kids options.

    As for appetizers and desserts, I'd recommend that you ask your server.  In many cases, the appetizer and dessert are already included in the meal options on the menu, and can include things like applesauce, carrot sticks, etc.  At some restaurants, they've let us order off of the adult dessert menu, and at others, they've had several options to choose from specifically.
