    I have dining reservations but was wondering how flexible the restaurants are. If you make a reservation for 5 and only 3 people show up or if you were to go with 1 more person, will they still sit you?

    Hi Greg!  

    It is much easier to decrease the number of people in your dining party rather than increase at short notice.  The Walt Disney World restaurants are very flexible when you have less guests show up.  Adding someone is another story.  The restaurants have to keep within the maximum occupancy to adhere to the fire code, so if there is no availability for extra gusts to be added to your table, they will tell you so.  it doesn't hurt to ask as there can always be last minute cancellations.
