Hi Vickie,
While I hope that you won't have to cancel any of your reservations, it's true that each restaurant at the Walt Disney World Resort maintains its own cancellation policy. It's also important to keep in mind that restaurants offering advance dining reservations will charge a per-person cancellation fee for reservations cancelled after a specific cancellation period (or for no shows). Generally speaking, the policy is that reservations must be cancelled at least one day prior to avoid the cancellation or no show fee. However, there are some restaurants and dining experiences that have a 2 Days cancellation policy.
All the above being said, we know that sometimes plans do change. Personally I've switched our dining reservations countless times! So I can completely understand your conundrum. However, there are several ways to accomplish the task quite seamlessly. You can simply do it
online, using your
My Disney Experience Mobile App or by contacting Disney directly.
The easiest way to cancel multiple dining reservations is by calling Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. A Cast Member will also be able to provide you with the specific information regarding the cancellation policy for each dining venue. This might then help you determine which ones to keep, and most importantly until when.
One final thought, if you secured those dining reservations online, look through your email for individual restaurant confirmations. They will provide the specific cancellation policy for each of the dining venues you have already booked.
Have a pixie dusted time experiencing
endless magic at the Walt Disney World Resort!
