I am so glad that you are familiarizing yourself with the
Disneyland app prior to your trip. It is certainly the best tool for navigating the parks quickly and efficiently. I’m not quite sure why your
dining reservations aren’t showing in the app, but my guess is it’s just a temporary glitch. You might want to try these few things to see if your plans will reappear:
-Close the app completely on your mobile device and then relaunch it.
-Ensure your app is up to date or install any pending updates.
-Try logging out of your account in the app and logging back in.
You might also try checking the app again in a few days to see if the issue has resolved itself. If not, I suggest reaching out to Application Support by tapping the list icon in the lower right corner of the app. Scroll down and tap “Help” and then tap the “Email Us Your Feedback” button.
Finally, rest assured that even though your dining reservation isn’t appearing in the app, you should have no problem when you arrive at the restaurant for your meal. As long as you received a confirmation email when you made your reservation, then it is set up appropriately in the system.
