Hi there, Jackie, and welcome to planDisney!
A character dining experience at EPCOT with the beloved Disney princesses is nothing short of magical. It’s a nice and relaxing way to kick off a busy day in the Disney Parks. Having an early dining reservation at
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is a very savvy way to be among the first to ride
Frozen Ever After, which is right next door. Let’s dive right in!
Having the earliest reservation time possible and arriving as early as you can beforehand will give you a head start to beat the other Guests who are eager to visit Anna and Elsa in Arendelle, too. If you are staying at a participating hotel that offers
Early Theme Park Entry, you may have time to squeeze in a ride on Frozen Ever After before your meal. Keep in mind that there is usually a few minutes of grace after your reservation time begins. So, if you’re a wee bit late, you should be fine.
Now, if you are an off-site Guest (with no access to Early Theme Park Entry), you could eat as quickly as you can, then queue up for Frozen Ever After before the other off-site Mouseketeers arrive to the Norway Pavilion from the park’s entrances at the front and the International Gateway. It wouldn’t be fun to rush such an interactive meal, but it is quite possible.
AN EXTRA GEM: No character autograph book? No problem! At the Walt Disney World Resort character dining experiences, as an esteemed Guest, you will be given a themed, pre-signed character autograph card. They are the cutest, and my little ones collect them in a memory album.
Jackie, if you have any other questions about your royal meet-up or anything about your Most Magical vacation, don’t hesitate to
revisit us here at planDisney. I’m sending pixie dust your way!
Magic always,
LeAndra
