Hi Sandra! It is much easier to reduce your dining party than to increase it, so definitely make it for the maximum number of people that could be dining. If this number changes, simple call (407) WDW-DINE and have this number revised. I hope you have some wonderful restaurants in mind! Have a magical day! Leslie
