Hi Alicia!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am happy to see that you are organised with your planning, and have made dining reservations for your forthcoming vacation! Each restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort has its own
cancellation policy which is displayed on the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of booking. Most restaurants require notice of cancellation at least one day prior to the reservation, and for a 'no-show' will charge $10 per person, using the credit card that secured your reservation (this charge is subject to change). If you know in advance that your dining party numbers will be reduced, you can modify your reservation details on
My Disney Experience, and it is always advisable that you this if you can, in fairness to other guests who may be trying to make a booking at that restaurant at the same time. However, sometimes our change of plan cannot be predicted or avoided, and it is always down to the discretion of the restaurant whether they charge you for one person not attending, especially if you still have a large number of people dining there.
If you need to make any further dining reservations, you can do so by using the
online booking system, or My Disney Experience mobile app.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, and keep your eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and updates on any events that may be happening during your stay.
Sue
