Hi there, Jay. Thanks for stopping by! We're glad you're here.
Advanced Dining Reservations tend to open around the 60-day mark but that is not a set policy. Dining reservations can open anywhere between two and 60 days in advance, as was explained to me by a cast Member. I looked and it appears that some of the Disneyland Resort restaurants -
Carthay Circle Restaurant, Great Maple Modern American Eatery, and GCH Craftsman Bar - have reservations for Thanksgiving week, and others do not. It could be that the reservations for locations, like
Goofy's Kitchen, Blue Bayou, and
Storytellers Cafe, have yet to be released, but it could also mean that the reservations have already been booked. In either case, I recommend that you keep checking back, as reservations may open as Guests' plans change, or as more reservations are released.
If you can't secure the reservations you'd like before your visit, I recommend using the
Disneyland Mobile App or visiting the restaurant when it opens for the day and speaking with a Cast Member to join the Walk-Up List. I've done this several times and it is always worth a shot. Jay, it also might make sense to make some backup reservations for other locations, just in case Walk-Up dining isn't an option on any of the days. Just be sure to cancel any unused reservations per their terms, so that you aren't charged for a No-Show. This reservation policy varies from location to location, so it's important to know the cancelation time frame.
Jay, one last thing. I always recommend following the
Disney Parks Blog and
Disneyland Instagram. They are often the first places to announce new seasonal offerings, including dining events for the holidays, so they're the best resources when planning a Disneyland trip.
I hope this information helps. I'm crossing my fingers that you get those reservations!
See ya real soon,
Melissa
