How do I get to my dining reservations at 8:00 am in the MK if I am not staying at a Disney resort? We are renting a vehicle. Would we pay to park and then monorail it in? How does that work? And is it even allowed? I am looking to book CRT when we visit.

Hi Sarah!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table sounds like a great start to your visit to Disney's Magic Kingdom Park.  All guests are welcome to make dining reservations for any Theme Park or Resort Hotel restaurant, regardless of where they may be staying.  You are absolutely correct.  You may drive your rental vehicle to the Magic Kingdom parking lot, near the Ticket and Transportation Center. You will take the monorail (or ferry, check for hours of operation) from there.  I would plan to arrive in the parking lot approximately 45 minutes to an hour prior to your reservation.  When you arrive at the park entrance gates, look for signs directing guests with pre-park opening reservations, or ask any Cast Member for assistance.  You will be allowed to enter the park a few minutes prior to your reservation time to allow you to reach the restaurant.

Don't forget to stop and enjoy taking photos with your family on a nearly deserted Main Street, U.S.A.!

Please feel free to visit the Moms Panel again if you have additional questions about planning your visit.

    Enjoy!
