    My dining reservations and another lady's from a few states away have gotten confused and we are recieving each other's emails/confirmations/phone numbers/etc via email and our disney online account. Who is the appropriate one to deal with this?

    I'm actually surprised!  I've never heard of this happening, but computer errors do happen.  Please call (407)939-7675 to straighten this out.  If you have your reservation number it would be helpful.  I've also attached a web link that will bring you to a Disney "Contact Us" page that you might also want to try. 

    I'm sure that they will be able to resolve this issue for you when you call.
