Hi Molly! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I am so excited that you are planning your vacation. I love when guests are eager to plan just like me! The great news is that you will be able to begin to make your
dining reservations at the 180 day mark, even if you haven’t purchased your tickets!
Some things to keep in mind are that if you are on a dining plan your dining plan credits are valid at select Walt Disney World restaurants. If you are booking your reservations online, you can choose to only show the restaurants that are participating in a Disney dining plan. Also when booking dining, some restaurants do require that you place a credit card on file to hold the reservation. You can cancel your dining reservations online or by calling the dining reservation phone number. It is important to refer to the cancellation policy provided in your email confirmation so that in the event that you need to
cancel, you can give enough notice so that you won’t be charged a fee.
One of my favorite places to dine is
‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. The food is served family style and has always been delicious. I love that island music is played during your meal and that kids are encouraged to participate in fun activities.
I hope that you are able to reserve all of your top dining choices! Have a magical time filled with delicious food and great family memories!
