    Hello, I have dining reservations at Be Our Guest in a couple of days. On the Disney website and on the My Disney Experience, it won’t let me start a mobile order. I have removed/re-added my credit card but it didn’t help. Any suggestions?

    Hi Lynn! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    The time for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is finally here! Yay! If you are like me, you have been counting down the days until your visit. My whole family likes to count down together now, and as you can imagine, the excitement is through the roof by the time we leave!

    You are going to LOVE dining at Be Our Guest Restaurant! The atmosphere and theme in Beast's Castle are very unique. Make sure you take a little time to walk around see the different areas of the restaurant. On our last visit, we were fortunate enough to find a table by the enchanted rose and my kiddos were thrilled!

    Since you are having difficulty placing your order, I suggest contacting either Disney Dining at (407) 939-1947 or technical support at (407) 939-4357 and talking with a Cast Member. Hopefully, they can help walk you through a solution and troubleshoot any issues. The good news is that even if you aren't able to place your order in advance, you can still place it once you enter the restaurant for your reservation.
