Should I make dining reservations for most of the days @ disney? We dont have concrete plans - what if were late or having too much fun somewhere else?

    Hi Janet,
Good question!  I too have often wondered if I would want to leave what I am doing to go and make a dinner reservation!

I would suggest that you don't need to make reservations for all days...but I highly recommend that you make reservations for those restaurants that you REALLY want to eat at.  If you have some restaurants that are on your 'must do' list, make your reservation as soon as possible (up to 180 days in advance).  Many restaurants are so popular that reservations do book up quickly.  But if you are happy to take your chance at a table service restaurant, and/or if you will be just as happy to eat at a quick service dining area (or at your hotel foodcourt), then you don't need to make reservations.  You may indeed be having so much fun somewhere that you won't want to leave!

For character meals I absolutely do suggest that you make reservations as these usually sell out.  Once you have reservations, plan the rest of your day around that character meal.

Janet, whatever you decide, have a magical vacation!
